Annual review — a considered year-end summary for your family

Annual Review & Coordination

Once a year, everything
brought into one clear view.

Your accountant, your investment manager, your solicitor — each working in their own corner. This review gathers it all together into a single, readable summary. Unhurried, and entirely yours to decide what to do with.

What This Delivers

A composed annual picture — one document, plain language.

At the end of each year, or at a point that suits your family, we draw together the work your various advisers have done — accounting, investment, legal, property — and present it as a single, readable overview.

Not a technical report. Not a dense financial statement. Simply a clear narrative of where things stood at the start of the year, what changed, and where things now sit — with any open questions noted plainly, for you and your family to consider.

You will have

  • One annual summary covering all advisers' work
  • Plain language throughout — nothing technical or dense
  • Open questions identified, not answered for you
  • A shared document useful for family conversations
  • The reassurance of knowing the year has been properly reviewed

What Brings People Here

Each adviser knows their corner. Nobody sees the whole.

Most families of any complexity work with several advisers — an accountant for tax, a solicitor for legal matters, an investment manager for the portfolio, perhaps a property agent for rental holdings. Each does their job well within their own domain. But no one holds the full picture.

The result is that the family itself ends up being the only party who could, in theory, see everything — but rarely has the time or the quiet headspace to draw it all together and think about it as a whole.

Years pass. Advisers change. Structures shift. And the broader shape of the family's affairs — whether it is moving in a direction everyone is comfortable with, whether anything has been overlooked, whether different advisers are working at cross-purposes — is never quite examined.

This review creates the occasion for that examination. It does not replace the advisers; it simply brings their individual pieces together so the whole can be seen clearly, once a year, in a single sitting.

Our Approach

Patient coordination, presented with care.

Gathering from advisers

We liaise with your accountant, solicitor, and other advisers to collect the year's key outputs — with your permission and at your direction.

Composing the summary

We translate technical reports and correspondence into a single, readable narrative — noting what has been done, what has changed, and what remains open.

A conversation with you

We walk through the summary with you at whatever pace you prefer — answering questions about the document, not advising on decisions.

Working Together

Unhurried, thorough, and entirely on your terms.

The review process is deliberate and unhurried. We begin gathering material three to four weeks before your chosen review date, allowing time to follow up with advisers, resolve any gaps, and compose the summary carefully.

When the document is ready, we arrange a call or meeting to go through it together. This is not a presentation — it is a conversation. We read the document alongside you, explain anything that needs explaining, and note down whatever questions arise for you to take back to your advisers.

The summary itself is yours to keep and share as you see fit. Some families share it with adult children or other family members. Some use it as a reference document when meeting advisers in the months that follow. It is written to be readable by anyone in the family, not just by financial professionals.

We are not part of the decisions that follow. Our role ends when the picture is clear. What you and your family choose to do with that picture is entirely your own affair.

Investment

Transparent and straightforward.

$1,600

per year

  • Coordination with your existing advisers
  • Comprehensive annual summary document
  • Plain language translation of technical reports
  • A walkthrough conversation at your preferred pace
  • Identification of open questions for your advisers
  • A document your family can read and return to

The annual fee covers the full review cycle — coordination, composition, and the walkthrough conversation. It is a single, straightforward arrangement, billed once a year at or before the review.

Where the scope of your affairs is particularly broad — many advisers, multiple jurisdictions, a significant number of entities — we may discuss a small additional arrangement before confirming. This is always discussed openly and agreed in advance.

Considered alongside the cost of any one adviser meeting, the value of having everything drawn together plainly tends to be considerable. It saves time, reduces duplication across adviser conversations, and gives your family the quiet clarity that an annual review ought to provide.

How It Works

A careful, well-paced process.

01

Initial conversation (week 1)

We learn about your advisers, your family structure, and what the year has involved. We agree scope and a target date for the review.

02

Gathering from advisers (weeks 2–4)

With your permission, we contact your accountant, solicitor, and other advisers to collect annual outputs, reports, and relevant correspondence.

03

Composing the summary (week 4–5)

We write the annual review document — translating technical content into plain language, noting the year's key developments and any open matters.

04

Walkthrough and delivery (week 5–6)

We go through the document with you at your own pace. Questions are noted. The document is yours. The year has been reviewed.

Our Commitment

Your picture, your decisions — always.

We begin with a conversation, and if the service does not feel like the right fit after that first exchange, there is no obligation to proceed. The review is a considered piece of work — we want it to be genuinely useful, not simply delivered.

We are explicit about what this service is and is not. It does not replace your advisers, and it does not constitute advice of any kind. It is a coordination and synthesis service — bringing the year's work together so you can see it whole, and decide what, if anything, to do next.

  • Initial conversation with no obligation to proceed
  • Scope and timing agreed before work begins
  • All decisions remain entirely with you and your family
  • Transparent, unhurried communication throughout
